No need to find a parking space at the port either -  the boat is moored at Salinas beach,  from where the journey to Formentera usually takes about 45 mins, depending on the wind.  The famous beach bars on Salinas are a perfect place to have a cocktail, with your feet still in the sand, at the end of your perfect day.
